Influenced by his hometown's renowned Basholi Art, Subhash's creativity knows no bounds. With training from industry luminaries like Chef Manjit Singh Gill, he embarked on a global journey, honing his craft across continents. In 1997, he made his mark in the UK, opening The Spice of London, a culinary gem in Covent Garden. Despite his worldly experiences, Subhash's heart remains rooted in the flavors of Basholi, where he crafts a gastronomic journey that mirrors the soul of the Himalayas. With each dish, he invites guests to experience the mountains' essence, turning meals into unforgettable adventures.
